Subscription Cancellation Policy:

  • Billing occurs on the 27th of each month at 5 AM Pacific Time for the following month’s service.
  • Your first month’s billing is non-refundable, as you receive immediate value from our research and email notification upon sign-up.
  • Cancellations can be made at any time through the cancel subscription link, which records the date and time of your cancellation.
  • To prevent billing for the subsequent month, cancellation requests must be submitted before 5 AM Pacific Time on the 27th of the current month.
  • Your subscription remains active until the end of the current paid period, regardless of when you cancel.
  • You will continue to receive FortuneSavers emails for the remainder of your paid period.
  • No prorated refunds are provided for partial months.
  • Once canceled, you will not be billed for subsequent months, unless the cancellation is made after the billing deadline.

Examples:

  1. New Subscriber: If you sign up on May 15th, your subscription is active for May. You can cancel for June, but May’s fee is non-refundable.
  2. Timely Cancellation: If you cancel on May 26th at 11 PM Pacific Time, your subscription will end on May 31st, and you won’t be billed for June.
  3. Late Cancellation: If you cancel on May 27th at 6 AM Pacific Time, you will be billed for June, your subscription will remain active until June 30th, and you won’t be billed for July.
  4. Mid-Month Cancellation: If you cancel on the 15th of the month, you’ve already been billed for that month and received the month’s email. Your account will cancel at the month’s end, and you won’t be billed on the 27th for the next month.

Note: If you cancel after the billing deadline (5 AM Pacific Time on the 27th), you will be billed for the next month, and your account will close at the end of that month. No refunds or partial refunds will be issued in this case. We appreciate your understanding of our cancellation policy. Remember, by maintaining your subscription, you continue to benefit from our up-to-date research and potentially significant savings on your idle cash.
